  1. You should be able to adjust the GST amount from the Quick Pay function just like you can from the normal invoices function.

  3. When processing invoices in FileSmart each field requires you to delete the existing information then type it in (e.g. invoice number, amount,..). I believe this only changed with the upgrade of FS as it used to highlight all information when tapping into the next field and you could easily type it over.
    Could we please change this again?

  4. This morning I went to send the look at my strata demo link to a prospective new client. Now I accept that I have not used this demo for some time but nevertheless I was surprised to find that it is no longer functioning.

    A call to the friendly Rockend support team confirmed the status.

    It would be great to have a demo made available again.

  5. There is currently no merge field for an Owners Corporation Address when using the committee member data source on the mail merge function. This only appears when you select Owner/Lots data source, so when you are sending a mail out to committee members, you cannot merge in the property address, only the strata plan number.

  6. When waiving interest for a whole strata plan, Is there a way to select all lots by one button/one step? as currently we are waiving interest per lot individually, which take a lot of time especially with a larger Strata with more than 100 lots.

  8. Add option to include a cc email address to the SMTP Server setup options in Agency Configuration/Tab 2.
    This will allow users that use third party emailing services to retain a copy of the emails that are sent out for future reference if required.

  9. We would like for Bill Payments to be automatically receipted when an Owner includes the reference number in his payment. Currently only Automatic Payments are automatically receipted and Bill Payments need to be manually receipted.

  11. We would like to know if there is a way for Strata to not automatically create a creditor invoice to the Body Corporate if a Lot has been sent a stage 1,2 or 3 letter? We prefer to create a MYOB invoice and workflow it through File Smart. With the new invoice approval system, we need to change all the BC's from hold to pay which will cause the Cr Invoice for debt recovery to be included in the next batch run and we will not have the opportunity to change the details. it just makes the detailed expenses messy,…

  12. It would be helpful to have expiry date and % rate of the term deposit on Investment report from Form report.

  13. When going through the motions of a General Meeting, have a button to select 'Poll Vote' for each motion which brings up each Lot with a 'Yes' or 'No' next to their name for the user to tick. This could automatically calculate the results for each motion rather than manually calculating each time.

  14. It would be great if there could be a section on the portal to display emergency after hours contact details along with the contact details for the properties preferred contractors (as this is already being set in the 'Tradesmen' tab within SM.

  15. Currently, a merged entry comes through to the Portal as a Quote/ Work Order under the same header (Subject) thereby creating a subpar user experience.

    Since deleting Diary entries is not an available option, there should be more flexibility in trying to clean up existing entries.

  16. We would like to add our own QR code to our levy notices to allow our overseas owners to pay directly, in particular owners in China. The current code is of no relevance to us here in New Zealand.

  17. When doing a search in Strata mobile, the additional addresses typed into the Structure tab are not searched. We have added all the possible street addresses into the structures tab, including the building name, which makes it much easier to search for a building, especially if you have to deal with tenants that know the name of the building but not necessarily the address as listed in the address field of the main window of Strata Master.

  19. Please look at illuminating the work history tab in workflow when there is a comment to look at. Quite often the doc appears in workflow and it gets workflowed because there is nothing to indicate that there is a comment in work history to look at

With the update to how log in details for the Owners Portal are issued without a password and offering a temporary password there also needs to be an update to the merge fields in Strata Master so that they can be used in mail merge. We for example send out welcome packs which have user and login details for the new owners. The merge fields "WebAccessUsername" "WebAccessClientCode" & "TempPassword" do not exist in the available mail merge items.
