  1. Would like creditor invoices and quotes marked to show on the owners portal as a separate tab and include the creditor name, date and amount paid/quote amount

  2. So that email versions can be sent to the nominated party which is not always the owner or agent, that can be reflective of the address noted on the Notices tab. It has been mentioned also that the radio button options for notices & correspondence should be in keeping with the abilities offered in bulk emailing

  3. We would like to be able to check while in a contact card, whether it is a linked contact card and also be able to click an icon which will bring up details of the other properties that linked contact card is attached to.

  4. Ability to be able to select all groups so that one email can be produced for example: to advise of a pending Fire Inspection where all parties are usually advised.
    To have to go through and select all groups one by one would also mean the possibility that an owner (committee member) may also be listed as a resident, they stand to get duplicate emails on the same topic.

  5. A more user friendly way to update Insurance Coverage details. Would like an + add option and an up/down arrow to move maintain an order sequence in-line with what is shown on the insurance policy.

    Currently, if the policy does not flow the same as the policy you are updating, you basically have to redo the whole thing when it only might be one line different.

  6. The ability to dissect invoices is a fantastic option, however I feel that it is in the incorrect area. Would like to be able to do the dissections within FS i.e. when workflow is with the manager upon approving the invoice.
    Currently the dissect function is within the FSCI screen within Strata Master where the dissections take place which is processed by a user.

  7. In the repairs and maintenance diary, if you mark quote as received but rejected, an automated email could be sent to the contractor to thank them for providing the quote but to let them know that they unfortunately did not win the job in this instance.

  10. As part of legislative requirements for Victoria, ability to include VCAT notice to be printed when issuing miscellaneous invoices in the same way as when a levy notice is issued

  12. Ability to amend the Document Type description column on the Owners Portal > Document tab. In particular, where invoices from fileSMART are configured to be shown on the owners portal, it would be good to have the creditor name showing as well, rather than just the word "Invoice".

  15. Create a "Save notices to file" option in the Miscellaneous Invoice and Multiple Miscellaneous Invoice screen to enable users to save these invoices to either Document Register or fileSMART.

  16. Would like ability for owners and committee to search for a document that's uploaded from fileSMART as the list can get quite long. Or ability to separate documents into categories on on the portal such as minutes, correspondence, moving in welcome information etc.
