  1. Westpac PayWay Levy notice slip

    Where PayWay and BPay options and configured to be shown on the payment slip, could you please space the text out more so that they appear separate to each other.
    Owners are getting confused due to the two payment methods
    being displayed on the payment slip on top of each other with no gap and the PayWay logo overlapping next to the BPAY information.

  2. Email Levy Delivery Method for Linked Contacts

    When the levy delivery method of email address is edited/removed to any linked contacts the following error message: Email errors were encountered and have been logged to C:\Srata\LevyEmail.log is generated. Strata Master does not automatically update all linked contacts The email is stored in the contact table, the delivery method is stored in the owner table, and they’re linked by the lots table.

    The same logic should also apply to the notices delivery method and the correspondence delivery method.

    NOTE: Lot screen>Levy> is set correct.

  4. Bulk SMS - ability to schedule in advance

    Ability in the Bulk SMS function to schedule SMS's to send out at specific dates/times, rather than having to execute it at the time the SMS needs to be sent out.

  5. SMS Character limit

    There is currently a limit on characters in the SMS feature of 160 characters. This isn't enough when sending some information to owners about meetings, etc.

    Please bump up to 200 characters.

  6. Warning for certain creditor on plan by plan basis

    If a tradesman is "Excluded" in the "Tradesman" tab in the Corp screen there is a warning when issuing a work order to that tradesman.
    This warning should be extended to appear in the invoicing screens of File Smart and Strata Master.

  7. Prevent Investment Transfers to Deactived Accounts

    If you have a deactivated (i.e. closed) investment account, StrataMaster will still allow you to process a transfer to that closed account through the 'Transfer to Investment' tool.

    Instead, the user should be notified that the account they are attempting to use is closed.

  9. Owner Selector > Additional Email Address & Mobile Number

    When running Owner Selector > Email Address, wants to search for additional email address instead of just the main email address.
    Also to be able to search for a part of mobile number instead of the full number under Owner Selector.

  10. Search/Edit Transactions - additional search criteria

    It might be worth considering adding a search field in the ‘search/edit transactions’ tab so we can search by contractors rather than amounts.

    This way, when all the amounts are different for the same contractor, you won’t have to do a new search each time when cleaning up their expenditure

  11. SMS - save to diary individual lots

    When sending SMS and select "Save to diary", if 2 or more lots are selected to receive the SMS, the individual lots selected are not listed in the diary entry. Only shows: 13 SMS sent - owner contact.
    Would like the individual lots listed.

  13. Automatically record BPAY biller code and DEFT reference on Status Certificates

    With the implementation of eConveyancing at Land Registry Services, solicitors are requesting that the S184 certificates display the BPay biller code and reference information so they can make immediate payment. Council and Sydney Water certificates provide this already, strata does not. They advised that it is not ideal to have to cross-reference to a levy notice; it is more appropriate to list it on the certificate. This would be advantageous to us too as we will not need to manually receipt settlement cheques and we will receive payment quicker.

  14. Reminders - Levy Posting

    When a levy posting has been cancelled not to still show reminders i.e. Notices not printed and Notices not emailed. We currently need to enter in a date manually to override the reminder.

  15. Miscellaneous Invoices

    Currently if you have this window open and you want to use any other window in Strata Master you have to close it. It would be most helpful if you could access other windows in Strata Master when generating an invoice as we often get interrupted by phone calls. It’s not something you can rush through (as a cancelled invoice remains in the Owner Ledger) so I have to close it and start again.

  16. Voting Register in formatted reports

    The Voting Register in formatted reports is handy however there are now almost always more than 16 standard agenda items for a meeting, therefore this needs to be updated.

  17. Levy Notice - ability to dissect due dates

    When you send out, for example a June levy. It includes the payment in arrears. It doesn't break it down and say 'Outstanding amount must be paid immediately" you cant dissect the due dates. The owners at that they don't have to pay it yet as it has a new due date for the new levy.

  18. Reprint of Invoices - issue/re-print dates

    When you re-print an invoice from SM the date of issue shows the re-print date not the original date. The IRD sys that an invoice is only 'legal' if it says Tax Invoice and shows the date of the invoice (not reprint date) http://www.ird.govt.nz/gst/work-out/work-out-records/records-tax/tax-info/tax-info.html Also client believes a miscellaneous invoice should just say - Invoice - not miscellaneous invoice.
    This has been brought to our attention previously by the client and has been previously forwarded on the re-issue date.

  20. Bulk Email Wizard - Separate Additional Debtors

    When using the Bulk Email Wizard, we are unable to separate between Lot owners and Additional Debtors. It is a pain to manually remove all 100 additional debtors, especially without knowing in the Bulk Email Screen which contacts are additional debtors.
