  1. Bulk email button in Corp screen

    I would suggest that the same icons be inserted on the Lots screen to be able to email individual owners or to bulk email all owners in the screen as Emails are now recognised in the new Act from 30/11/2016 as legal documents I also await your advice on when/if this will be undertaken and an ENHANCEMENT as the data fields already exist

  2. Ability to email Annual Notice of Levies

    The annual Notice of Contributions generated by Stratamaster has no provision to email so it has to be printed, folded entered into an envelope and posted OR individually scanned and emailed to each owner. Either option is a time consuming and unnecessary waste of time for the strata managers and their support staff As the data fields already exist it is not a big task to insert a further click on icon to be able to bulk email the Annual Notice of Contributions to each owner for each strata scheme This enhancement will save a lot of time for strata…

  3. Communications Wizard

    would be great to be able to have the option of attaching another pdf such as a report or notice or other important that is sent through to be distributed to owners/tenants/agents etc such as a council DA notification – e.g. obviously we cannot type up the plans on the DA doc into a mail merge or a WH&S Report or something. I understand you have the “message” function for owners but this doesn’t do it for agents and tenants.
    Maybe a “message” button for all three – owners, agents & tenants?

  4. Debt Recovery - include 2nd page arrears

    I would like Debt Recovery to include the second page arrears table with stage 3 notice template. Similar to the enhancement done in v9.5.1 for final notice under configure>Debt Recovery.

  5. Manage Creditors: User Access

    The Creditor Invoice chain link to creditor maintenance should be read only. If link to the creditor from this screen can edit the creditors details - even if access to "manage creditors" is stopped under user configuration.

  6. Debt Recovery SMS

    Where levies have been set to issue to anyone other than the owner, if needing to issue Debt Recovery and SMS option is activated, SM will send a message to the owner and not to eg. the agent - please enable SMS function to send to the contact set as the default for levies
