The annual Notice of Contributions generated by Stratamaster has no provision to email so it has to be printed, folded entered into an envelope and posted OR individually scanned and emailed to each owner. Either option is a time consuming and unnecessary waste of time for the strata managers and their support staff As the data fields already exist it is not a big task to insert a further click on icon to be able to bulk email the Annual Notice of Contributions to each owner for each strata scheme This enhancement will save a lot of time for strata manager and/or their assistants and circumvent the potential problem of not sending these notices out but instead and issuing levy notices at least 30 days before they are due for payment
