  1. The ability to be able to configure the headings for the online portal, and control the descriptions of the documents available. We have a lot of owners contact us regularly requiring assistance to navigate through the portal to find documents as the pre configured tabs are quite vague. We would like the ability to re name headings and configure the way the documents are presented.

  2. When a strata plan changes insurer and you need to add a new insurance policy, the previous policy cannot be made inactive if there are any outstanding claims on the previous policy. This strata plan will then show up in Reminders as not insured or not updated because the old policy can't be removed despite having the new policy added to it. It would be great if a policy can be made inactive even with outstanding claims OR if it doesn't show up in Reminders once it has the new policy added to it so it overrides the old policy.

  3. Can you please amend the Late Payment noteon the Macquarie Bank levy template?
    It currently reads:
    "Late Payment: If payment is not made by the due date, interest may be charged at an annual rate of 10%.

    This message is inaccurate as per Section 85 (2) of the Strata Schemes Management Act 2015 which reads:

    (2) Interest is not payable if the contribution is paid not later than one month after it becomes due and payable.

    I suggest that the wording be updated to:

  5. When entering a diary entry and/or work order can we make that a recurring entry, ie, fortnightly, monthly, quarterly etc, which in-turn would become a maintenance schedule.

  6. The way documents are distributed is important, but the ability to update the distribution details is not easily available. Consider moving the UPDATE MY DETAILS button to the top left hand side of this page (under the address and picture), so that it's more apparent that this button applies when wanting to change anything shown on this page.

  7. Consider hiding the bank detals for Owner logins and redesign the bank details frame so it doesn't require left/right scrolling. There is plenty of room to do this by reducing the width of the Maintenance frame to the right of the bank details frame.

  11. Ability to assign/add a assistant or co-ordinator to each building, in addition to the strata manager. Would be great if this could then be an option to be shown on the owner portals with contact details and photo :)

  12. In levy journal when you want to re send an invoice - after you have changed something on the lot account (whether its the address etc) the only option you have is to print, can I request to add email the invoice instead of printing it and then getting the updated invoice from FileSmart and emailing it from there.
    as this will cut out an extra step that doesn't need to be done. thank you

  13. It would be beneficial if the approvers could view the instructions form the other approvers (assuming they have been submitted). We have our building managers as an 'approver' and it would be beneficial and more sensible if the treasurer (or any other approver) could see the instructions submitted by the Building Manager. If the BM has not approved the invoice, they make comments as to why and this is useful information for the treasurer. They would then submit a NO to pay and be aware of why it was not approved.

  14. When using Search and looking through files, it will be useful for users to be able to alter the orders of the columns (in List Tool) and to have it permanently fixed to it's chosen position, without having it being reverted back to its original place when editing.

    For example: I check invoices and amounts daily and would like to be able to re-arrange the columns, so I can see them without having to scroll from side to side to be able to look at them. I understand we can move them temporarily, unfortunately, as soon as we edit the…

  15. Currently when an Owner goes Stage 3 in debt collection process we are required to enter a reminder in another diary/calender to remind the 28 days has elapsed and matter can be referred onto the Debt collection agency. It would be good if when we do our monthly debt collection it included a reminder that an Owner received Stage 3 last month and can be refered on. Saves managers having to place reminders in external programs to remind and possible miss.

  17. Please make all GL codes available when making payments. Not all payments are an expense. There are lots of reasons you need to code a payment to the Balance Sheet for instance (e.g. repayment of a loan, settlement of a sundry debtors). Currently these need to be done by journal which is time consuming and means they are not recorded as a payment.
