Levy Discount Notices
The Notice should disclose the principal amount of the levy including the due date before and after for a discount that is applied (see example below).

The levy should identify the gross amount payable and the applicable discount and therefore Nett amount due IF PAID BY THE DUE DATE.
The idea of a discount is to have owners pay on time or risk a penalty. It has more impact if it is clearly laid out what that penalty is if they pay late.

The Total amount due should not be the discounted amount, it should be the Levy amount in full. Which is why alot of our owners are confused as to why they owe more money on the next levy, because as far as they are aware they have paid the total due.
