  3. In Rest I would like the 'Bond Held' merge field added to the available fields when doing a tenant merge. At the moment it is only available under a property merge. Bond Held is really relevant to tenant merges. Could you please consider adding this?'

  4. When you go to reports, creditor, unpaid disbursements, there is an option to sort by either date order or property order but there is no option to put in Landlord order and as the system is alpha numeric we would like this to be made an option so we can sort in Landlord order.

  6. We are continually sending more and more emails for landlords and tenants through REST.

    We encountered the following today. We would like to send email to owner notifying them that their rent is currently $? and will be increasing to $? on this date?.

    These merge codes only appear under tenant. If we merge an email through this it will go to the tenant. Hence the only way is a posted letter.

    Please look at increasing the merge fields in property for the next upgrade.

  8. can a field be added so we can charge an owner additional fees via the receipting screen? Underneath Charges to Owner on other payments tab - down where the the letting & tenancy fee is entered.
    ie centrepay fees instead of having to enter the centrepay fee as a quick disbursements after receipting rent received. It would be good to also add advertising here as well to streamline the new leasing process.

Be great if there was a dedicated spot in the information section to record metre numbers - electricity, water and gas so that if you have new people moving into property you don't have to be trying to look up on PCR's etc or hope that the PM has recorded it in notes. It's ok for if you pay the water for the owner as it will be in regular payments section, but most electricity and gas is in tenants names.

  10. Tick box for rental properties that have NBN connected. This will help when we do our final inspections as the nbn box needs to be left at the property. Currently unaware who has nbn connected.

  13. Would like to combine the information on the Tenancy Schedule with items to be included in the report to owners such as rent increase and options, maintenance and any notes/ comments or communication with the tenants through the month.

  15. We are considering a Key Tracking system and would find it beneficial if there was one which integrated with REST, as the information already exists and would not need to be duplicated.
    We would like to be able to know where keys are at all times and an alert to come up if the keys have not been logged back in.

  16. In mail merge for Commercial tenant letters. There is no mail merge field for the tenant's rent GST inclusive, only the rent GST exclusive. Can this be built in?

  17. wants the bond to be in numeric order so it is the same as the bond report from bonds online. 999 999 before 10000000 instead of the 1 coming before the 9.

  18. Online documentation shows that Office 365 limits emails to 30 sent emails per minute. I strongly suggest REST/Rockend investigate ways to slow/queue email traffic as most SMB/enterprise SMTP relay/filter services utilise some form of lock down in this way to prevent email bombing/SPAM. If you are not able to do this, REST should be offering an open SMTP relay service to it's customers that does not have this limitation.

  20. So that important information can be seen straight away (i.e DONT use ABC Plumbing for this property!) rather than have to scroll through the diary notes or make a constant pop-up reminder (which is also a pain as it keeps popping up when entering maintenance etc)
