  1. At the moment the "last inspected" date is recorded but there is no way to record the "due date" unless you use a property reminder tab (but there are not enough of those spare.

    It would be good if a due date could be recorded and if the portfolio tracker could pull all water/smoke alarms/pool compliance DUE dates rather than what it currently does now (which is pulls done dates which are irrelevant)

  4. We are considering a Key Tracking system and would find it beneficial if there was one which integrated with REST, as the information already exists and would not need to be duplicated.
    We would like to be able to know where keys are at all times and an alert to come up if the keys have not been logged back in.

  5. We are continually sending more and more emails for landlords and tenants through REST.

    We encountered the following today. We would like to send email to owner notifying them that their rent is currently $? and will be increasing to $? on this date?.

    These merge codes only appear under tenant. If we merge an email through this it will go to the tenant. Hence the only way is a posted letter.

    Please look at increasing the merge fields in property for the next upgrade.

  7. In mail merge for Commercial tenant letters. There is no mail merge field for the tenant's rent GST inclusive, only the rent GST exclusive. Can this be built in?

  11. wants the bond to be in numeric order so it is the same as the bond report from bonds online. 999 999 before 10000000 instead of the 1 coming before the 9.

  12. The ability to have the Inspection Report / Mail Merge / Inspection Planner to pick up the date of 6 months when the property itself was inspected, regardless of when the tenant moved in / or left.

    Currently, REST will look at the Next Inspection Date of the tenant and if rolled over it will add the next inspection date to be 6 months (or whichever frequency is set) from the tenant date NOT from the Property Last Inspection Date.

  15. At present, the work orders are marked as completed in REST but does not give you the option to Complete AND Delete the job once the invoices are processed in fileSMART Creditor disbursements.

    This means that users have to manually delete the work orders which causes a lot of work.
