Hi User Voice Supporters! We're currently setting requirements with the development team for Failed Communication Notifications and are after some feedback to ensure we get the right notifications to you and your team.
Would you prefer, an In-App (in Property Tree) notification, that alerted you each time a communication failed?
Or, would you prefer to receive an email each time a communication failed? (similar to an outlook or gmail bounce-back).
In the case of receiving an email, if you are using the Communication Platform where your email replies are received into Property Tree, would you prefer this failed email notification to be received into the Communication Platform inbox, assigned to you (or the company, if the email was sent from the company)? When sending an owner request for approval for a work order something needs to be showing on the screen so it looks like something has been done with it rather than just sitting there looking like you have forgotten to send it to someone.
where it says owner attending that should say waiting on acceptance from owner.. we should also be able to change creditors when an actioned creditor cant do a job rather than cancel the entire work order and start again.
