    Thanks for submitting this request, I'm gobsmacked this has not been implemented, it has 116 votes and was requested nearly 3 years ago. I would think this would be so simple to add. I'm coming from Propertyme and Propertyme has a tick box to select and then it disappears from view. It's so frustrating trying to check which leases need reviewing and which ones are approved periodic. Now owners are unable to issue a termination for end of lease for no grounds there is likely to be more and more approved periodic leases. Also impossible for us to use the numbers from the dashboard as an overview as to how many lease renewals are required.

    I have large commercial tenants that require an invoice prior to 30 days before the due date. I have other storage sheds that pay weekly. The invoice they receive states "Total Outstanding" even though they aren't in arrears. It would be extremely beneficial if I could choose if I want to send an invoice to a tenant and also when that invoice is generated. This needs to be on an individual property basis not a generic setting. Also there should be an option for tenants to receive email receipts but not to receive email invoices.
