   i put the earliest date, so then i know by the expiry date that if its six months they have another 3 months to answer. but a lot of working out etc.

    this is so important for us, our commercial landlords want to know what outgoings tenants have been charged. REST used to show all invoices the tenant had owing so they could keep track. - this is a must!

    Update: We are currently working on the ability to have Tenancy Invoices and receipts sent as PDFs as the first piece of this project. We will then be working on the other areas of Property Tree as a staged approach.
