   i put this idea almost 3 years ago. it is a function that was happening in REST, and cannot believe it doesnt happen in property tree. its super important to us, as we are now doing everything manually. We NEED tenants to pay invoices first and then the creditor disbursement is created automatically so the landlord is not paying this until the tenant makes payment.

    i put the earliest date, so then i know by the expiry date that if its six months they have another 3 months to answer. but a lot of working out etc.
