When you are signed out by your Sign In / Out Manager, typically a receptionist, your OnLocation Mobile will update your presence status (to Offsite) next time you refresh your OnLocation Mobile home screen. However; I will take your request to the next UserVoice internal meeting next week for consideration to deliver a 'Push Notification' notifying the user that they have been signed out (or in fact in) when the act of signing in or out was processed by a Sign In / Out user.
For now I'll leave the idea in the 'Ready for Votes' status until I update post our next meeting.

An error occurred while saving the comment Great idea Farzana. I believe SIMS is a leading staff management system used in UK schools.
You should be able to achieve this using our Sync Portal feature. SyncPortal is a self-service integration designed to sync your employee information in OnLocation with an external Data Source.
With SyncPortal, you can manage your OnLocation employee information using any third-party employee database system, map any custom headings to fields in OnLocation, create rules to manipulate the data being imported to fit your setup, and view a record of each import including what was added, changed, or any errors.

An error occurred while saving the comment Hello Ange, you can currently run an Induction Report where you choose the course, select the Learner (Any, Contractors, Employees) and select Induction status (Is Currently Inducted, Is Currently Not Inducted, Induciton Failed). This report can be viewed on screen, and exported as a csv file or PDF.
But as you requested; is there a filter for site or what we call 'Location Access'? - yes but only if the Learner filter selected is 'Contractors'.
The Location filter option is missing for other Learners or when 'Any' is selected. I will take your idea to our next internal Feature Request review (where we review formally as a team the UserVoice idea), scheduled for next week, before I come back with an update.

The review team have agreed to add this functionality. We are going into the design stage but will leave the idea open for further feedback.
An error occurred while saving the comment Hello Ange, thank you for the submission. We do have a current block of work examining the concept of 'Archiving' employees. We have it scheduled for further discussion in the coming weeks so I will ask that we look at including contractor statuses as well. I will update once I have something material to come back to you on.

Our team have reviewed the idea and have decided to seek further feedback as to the type of reports we should support for an initial release. We will probably facilitiate a survey to formally gather user feedback.
An error occurred while saving the comment Hi Natalie, great idea. We have been thinking about this for some time. We'd like further comment and input from users as part of our 'gathering of requirements' process so I will update status to gathering votes (and more feedback).

The feature that allows a user to print a report of all people onsite is availble to receptionists and other front of house users that have been granted the user role we call 'Sign In/Out Manager'. We call this the 'On-site Summary Report'.

The On-site Summary Report is not something we place on the Kiosk as the public could acess it.
With respect to the 'Add button to OnLocation app to trigger OnEvac' - I will take this to our fortnightly UserVoice feedback meeting scheduled for next week and update once we have discussed this.
