  1. Archiving Workers/Contractors

    Would be good to be able to archive workers that have left the Organisation. We still require information, but do not want inductions sent or for them to be able to log on. Contractors would be the same.

  2. Ability to enter a note when off-site or away

    Our reception team use OnLocation to monitor who is on site or working remotely. It would be useful to have the ability for employees to add a note via the app which shows on the dashboard. For example 'Working from home', 'At a conference in Wellington', Annual Leave until 12 January' etc - which is visible as an optional column in the Sign In/Out Manager section.

  3. Employee Sign-in at Kiosk - Integrate with Active Directory

    When an employee signs it at a Kiosk, it does not search active directory employee listing after 3 characters as it does when selecting Host. Please add this functionality.

  4. Clickable images for custom questions

    Ability to add images into custom questions as clickable answers. eg How was your day? click on emoji happy face, mutual face, sad face
