History Tracking on POs
It would be good to be able to see the history of a PO similar to the actions tab on an eDoc

Standard Affordable Housing Calculator
Currently the standard affordable housing rent calculator caps the rent at 75% however under the Affordable Housing Guidelines rent needs to be below 75% therefore most CHP's cap the rent at 74.9%.
Would be great if GT had a standard rent calculator for this.

Text response back into GT
Ability for customers to respond to to bulk text and the response (Yes or No) to go back into GT against the list that we can then report on.

Creating SR from Communication
Can currently create an SR from a Communication however 2 ideas for improvement. Improvement 1 is preferred. 2 is an interim idea if 1 cannot be achieved.
1 - have the notes from the communication automatically populate into the contact notes of the SR and delete the communication.
2- have the original communication that the SR has been created from show on the related tab the same way communications raised from an SR are.

Central tracking/log on deleted transactions
While we currently rely on AA rules to notify deletions, having a centralised tracking system for deleted transactions would be handy and good for keeping an audit trail.

Ability to Inactivate Maintenance Cycles
1 - Ability to bulk select Maintenance Cycles on Generate Maintenance screen and disable them, which would set an "End Date" as 1 day before the Next Due Date against the selected Maintenance Cycles so they no longer show in Generate Maintenance.
2 - Change Maintenance Tab on Property so it defaults to show only active Maintenance Cycles. Add toggle to "show Inactive" which would then change the view to show Maintenance Cycles with an End Date in the past.2 votes -
Make Desktop Panels using Queries and Alert Collections fully navigable
Currently, records opened from desktop panels using alert collections or queries are not navigable and drag and drop attachments does not work.
Please consider making records opened from these fully navigable and allow drag and drop of attachments.

Employee updates via API
Would love the ability to make changes to JC Employees, CRMUsers and possibly GT users through the API.
This would enable us to synchronise GT with outside Systems. Or for example automate employee terminations based on outside information.
Currently this requires a lot of manual administration, and failure to do so can affect things such as Reset Property Security, or if the employee isn't terminated in a timely fashion confidentiality/privacy issues.

Waitlist Allocations and Property Matching
Be able to match prospective tenants/applicants with available properties:
1) Needs to be program specific
2) Needs to support multiple rules based on Organisation Fields (Incl UDF and Trees), Contact Fields (Incl UDF and Trees), Property Fields (Incl UDF and Trees)
3) Rules to be able to be maintained by Clients

Have Bond AR Invoices post to a different debtor account
Allow BOND AR Invoices to post to a separate Debtor Control Account. This would then allow the defining of a Rent Debtor Control Account, Non-Rent Debtor Control Account and a Bond Debtor Control Account.

- Have SPM components visible against Property in Greentree
- Link Greentree Maintenance Cycles to SPM Components
- Handle Warranty and Defect Liability Periods by drawing data from SPM and display alerts when raising PO in Greentree
- Update components in SPM following Responsive, Planned, Cyclical maintenance in Greentree
- Update cost of work back to SPM
- Handle NZ Healthy Homes Requirements
- Provide default settings in module control for SPM SR priority, service person, service team
- Be able to cancel individual lines and be able to edit on SOR tab (currently can only cancel the whole PO).

Automate Landlord AP Standing Invoice Handling
Be able to automate the creation and maintenance of AP Standing Invoices for landlords, including:
1) Creation of AP Standing Invoice
2) Updating Rent Amt of AP Standing Invoice
3) Deactivating AP Standing Invoice
4) Creation of Pro-Rata Amounts
5) Handling change of Landlord
6) Handling of 1 AP Standing Invoice for multiple properties

Default Problem Description on Maintenance Cycles
Ability to assign a Problem Description to a Maintenance Cycle held against an asset. This would then control the data that is entered in the problem field on the generated service request.

Maintain Supplier<>Org Status when changed via Rule
When the Supplier status is manually changed to Active/Inactive, the corresponding Organisation status will update accordingly.
However, if a rule is used to set the Supplier to Inactive/Active, the corresponding Organisation status is not updated causing these records to be out of sync.

AP Release Alter Holds for Bonds - Release Up Until Date
Either enhance the AP Release Alter Holds form to allow setting a document date/payment date, or add a new Housing Process. Essentially, the user can enter a date and any AP Invoice with a document date/payment date on or before the specified date will have the Hold code released.

Property Tab/Button for Communications
Add a button or tab to Properties that show a list of communications (able to filter by Open/Closed) for the Current Landlord and Current Tenant. Would not show list of communications for ex-tenants/previous landlords.

Receipt Import - Receipts to Suspense Automatically Allocating to Outstanding Invoices
Currently in if the Suspense Customer has outstanding invoices, and during Receipt Import a receipt is allocated to the Suspense Customer; the import process is automatically allocating that receipt to the outstanding Invoice.
This should not be the case for the Suspense Customer. For audit purposes, when clients move money out of the Suspense Customer to the correct Tenant by creating an Invoice, they need to allocate that invoice to the actual receipt the invoice was created for.
If a receipt import occurs prior to them being able to do that allocation, they are unable to and have to edit…
