SPM Enhancement

  • Have SPM components visible against Property in Greentree
  • Link Greentree Maintenance Cycles to SPM Components
  • Handle Warranty and Defect Liability Periods by drawing data from SPM and display alerts when raising PO in Greentree
  • Update components in SPM following Responsive, Planned, Cyclical maintenance in Greentree
  • Update cost of work back to SPM
  • Handle NZ Healthy Homes Requirements
  • Provide default settings in module control for SPM SR priority, service person, service team
  • Be able to cancel individual lines and be able to edit on SOR tab (currently can only cancel the whole PO).

    Hi Gary. Thanks for your feedback. Due to the size of this enhancement, we had to remove it from the roadmap in favour of other developments. If there is still sufficient interest in this, we will look at including it in a future release.

    I am unsure why this one is being voted on. The SPM enhancement was already announced by MRI in the Housing Upgrade Feature Spotlight back in December 2022 as being a key feature for the June 2023 release. I would have thought that development for this Enhancement would already have been completed or very near completion by now.
