  2. Can currently create an SR from a Communication however 2 ideas for improvement. Improvement 1 is preferred. 2 is an interim idea if 1 cannot be achieved.

    1 - have the notes from the communication automatically populate into the contact notes of the SR and delete the communication.

    2- have the original communication that the SR has been created from show on the related tab the same way communications raised from an SR are.

    • Have SPM components visible against Property in Greentree
    • Link Greentree Maintenance Cycles to SPM Components
    • Handle Warranty and Defect Liability Periods by drawing data from SPM and display alerts when raising PO in Greentree
    • Update components in SPM following Responsive, Planned, Cyclical maintenance in Greentree
    • Update cost of work back to SPM
    • Handle NZ Healthy Homes Requirements
    • Provide default settings in module control for SPM SR priority, service person, service team
    • Be able to cancel individual lines and be able to edit on SOR tab (currently can only cancel the whole PO).

  3. While we currently rely on AA rules to notify deletions, having a centralised tracking system for deleted transactions would be handy and good for keeping an audit trail.

  4. Option 1:
    Create an Email Log tab on Purchase Orders that shows log of Emails tasks of Purchase Order.
    Log should contain Date, Time, User, Email To, Subject, Body. It should also allow you to view the Purchase Order Report sent, and the ability to "Resend" that will create a new log entry with Email To, Subject, Body and Report being identical to the original.

    Option 2 (Preferred):
    Enhance the Email option so that it actually launches a Communication screen linked to the Service Request and Purchase Order (linking Comms to PO isn't currently an option so this would need…

  5. Would love the ability to make changes to JC Employees, CRMUsers and possibly GT users through the API.

    This would enable us to synchronise GT with outside Systems. Or for example automate employee terminations based on outside information.

    Currently this requires a lot of manual administration, and failure to do so can affect things such as Reset Property Security, or if the employee isn't terminated in a timely fashion confidentiality/privacy issues.

  6. If a PYI520 line is for =>$1,000 the import fails with the error: "A centre link pay line must be 10 columns"

    The import is treating the "," contained in the amount ($1,000) as a new column.

    Temporary workaround is for users to edit the CSV file in notepad and remove the ","'s from those amounts.

    The amount is contained within quotation marks. If an amount is contained in quotation marks it should ignore any commas.

    Example:

    PYI520,SMITH JOHN,104326,"$1,057.80","$1,056.81",23-Feb-23,GCH,111111111X,$0.99,030A2933

  7. Be able to match prospective tenants/applicants with available properties:
    1) Needs to be program specific
    2) Needs to support multiple rules based on Organisation Fields (Incl UDF and Trees), Contact Fields (Incl UDF and Trees), Property Fields (Incl UDF and Trees)
    3) Rules to be able to be maintained by Clients
    4) Support exceptions

  8. Either enhance the AP Release Alter Holds form to allow setting a document date/payment date, or add a new Housing Process. Essentially, the user can enter a date and any AP Invoice with a document date/payment date on or before the specified date will have the Hold code released.

  9. When processing a receipt file import for Centrepay - you are able to select payment plans that belong to No or other types of Receipt Methods.

    When processing a receipt file import for QIF, only QIF payment plans are available for selection.

    Ensure that all receipt import methods allow the selection of all payment plans.

  10. Allow BOND AR Invoices to post to a separate Debtor Control Account. This would then allow the defining of a Rent Debtor Control Account, Non-Rent Debtor Control Account and a Bond Debtor Control Account.

  11. Be able to automate the creation and maintenance of AP Standing Invoices for landlords, including:
    1) Creation of AP Standing Invoice
    2) Updating Rent Amt of AP Standing Invoice
    3) Deactivating AP Standing Invoice
    4) Creation of Pro-Rata Amounts
    5) Handling change of Landlord
    6) Handling of 1 AP Standing Invoice for multiple properties
    Would require amendments to CRM Asset form (possibly market rent history form) and additional CRM Team security permissions around maintaining.

  14. When the Supplier status is manually changed to Active/Inactive, the corresponding Organisation status will update accordingly.

    However, if a rule is used to set the Supplier to Inactive/Active, the corresponding Organisation status is not updated causing these records to be out of sync.

  15. Add the ability to Bulk SMS from the Bulk Maintain Housing Service Requests form. This process should:
    - Display an option for Communication Status
    - Create a Communication record against all Service Requests selected with the Communication using the defined status and the body of the Communication being the SMS text
    - Send the SMS to the Contact listed on the Service Request

  16. Have the posting for BOND behave differently for FFS programs. In order to do this you would need to use a different Sales Code and in turn JC Activity Code for BOND based on program (CRMSVAsset Class). This would be similar to the RENT sales code that is able to be allocated to the asset class.

    Tenant Create
    Tenant Move
    Tenant Vacate
    Bond Loan
    Auto Create Bond on rent increase
    Pet Bond
    AP Invoicing to Bond Supplier
