Dedicated Key Register (sign in/sign out)
it would be really helpful to have a key register where we could assign key in/out and assign trades/ownerships/tenants etc. and also the individual with the keys (i.e. jack) and contact information for the individual responsible for the key. Also to be able to print a report of the keys each day to see which keys are still out with trades. an important part of this would be to have the ability to have the keys "not to be returned" or similar if an owner is taking possession or management ending etc.

ADDING A POOL COMPLIANCE OPTION TO COMPLIANCE REGISTER
It would be helpful for quick check for a Pool Compliance option in the Compliance Register
2 votesTo add a new compliance category, go to configuration > property compliance category and select the plus button to add.

Under Compliance > Register would be good to have an option for ESC. these are required in WA for RCD not smoke alarms.
If the compliance register included an ESC's (Electrical Safety Certificates) tab so the details and doc they can be readily accessed with current register options. All electrical compliance in one place for any property reporting/movement - new agency/new owners etc.
1 voteHi Karen, thanks for your feedback. You can configure your own Compliance Register categories under Configuration > Property Compliance Category. Once entered, the new category will display when entering your Compliance against the property. Thanks, Ange - Product team

This is located under the Compliance Tab on the properties. You are able to create your own Compliance categories under the Configuration menu > Property Compliance Categories to track exactly what you want - adding one specific for Landlord Insurance allows you to save documents against it, notes for policy number/info, expiry dates which can then be reported on within the compliance register.

Pest control compliance
One of our landlords has suggested pest control be added to the compliance register to ensure this can be tracked should the landlord employ a company where future scheduling is not an option
2 votesYou can add new compliance categories to your Property Tree database under Configuration > Property Compliance Category. Once this is configured it will appear on your Properties when setting up a new Compliance record.

Add a drop box for Compliance when entering invoices
When entering an Invoice for the account section. A compliance section to be added.
2 votesYou can add your own "Account Group" and corresponding account codes for creditor expenses within the Property Tree Configuration > Accounts. If it doesn't need to be under a separate group you can also just add a new account under the current list of ownership expenses.

Electrical safety check option under compliance
under the compliance tab, there are 'gas', 'smoke alarm' and 'migrated smoke alarm' service records to be added, but there isn't any for electrical safety check, can we please add that onto the list? So we can update the records accurately? thanks.

Use the Statistics Report - You can enter the date range for the calendar year and it will give you stats for that whole period - just like you'd see from that same report each month.
