New legislation (01/05/2025)- Destroying personal information
With regards to the new legislation taking effect from 01/05/2025, to ensure compliance is met, tenant's personal information (name, contact details, ID, inspection reports) are to be destroyed before 7 years. Given PT currently only archives tenants, will the option be made available to delete/destroy tenant information before 7 years & is there be an easy way for saved documents containing personal information to be easily destroyed/deleted before 7 years to ensure compliancy is met.

Compliance Documents - File Name
When adding documents to Compliance tab under the new 'Register' feature the system has a very high level of requirements for file names. Only letters or numbers are accepted. Your not allowed any other characters such as commas, dash or any type of other punctuation. Surely this can be less strict considering most file names have full addresses and other items in file names.
23 votesWe're pleased to advise that you can now save files with certain special characters (i.e. hyphen, full stop, underscore...) and with up to 120 characters in the file name.

Water Meter Location in Compliance
It would be great to have a section in the compliance tab under Water Usage where we can type the location of a water meter. The Water usage tab has all other relevant required information, however feel the location of the meter is missing and would be very handy to have.
