  1. Having the ability to enter and save more then one email address for a landlord like their personal email and work email as most landlords communicate using both nowadays so it would be great if we could save multiple emails to respective landlord profiles in their contact information that along with mobile and work numbers.

    You can add multiple emails and contact numbers under the profile contact (image attached). Select the plus icon to add more - once these are added, you can select which is the preferred one for the contact when sending outgoing communications. If you are using the Communication Platform for inbound emails, it will recognise more than one email against the contact.

  2. Sometimes there is an important information about the tenant/landlord or the property itself that we need to remember before engaging any communications with the relevant parties, it would be helpful to have a "sticky notes" kind of function so that we can flag all the members when we open the profiles.

    For example: The landlord requires all statement or communication to be done via post (even when they have email addresses), it would be nice to remember that rather then going though notes as we don't normally looking into notes if we don't have to.

    When added a note, there is an option to pin it which makes it appear at the top of the profile pages (regardless whether you are in the owner, property or tenant you can see the pinned notes related to those profiles). You can also choose to pin notes for certain tasks - ie, receipting or invoicing so that it appears when that profile is selected.

  4. Could we have a pop up box to advise that the Residential Landlord would like his invoices sent directly to him to pay. Currently we put this in notes however it does not pop up.

    When you set up a note against the Owner, you can select to pin it to the Creditor Invoice - that's how it will appear when you enter a creditor invoice. For the notes categories, you can add your own under the Configuration > Lists Editor, use the dropdown to select Notes Categories.

  5. When adding a new contact (creditors in particular), it would be great to not have to enter the contact information in twice.

    For a creditor, there is the company and then a contact, however you can just enter the company details if there is no reason to have a separate contact. This is in place for when there are different contractors that you deal with for the same company, or if there is different contact information. In the May release a creditor contact that is marked as an accounts contact will now receive a copy of the creditor remittance statement. For owners and tenants, any saved contacts can be selected against multiple profiles by using the select existing option.

  6. Display the effective paid to date in the main tenancy window, rather than having to click through to the financials tab.

    Hi Brigid, thanks for your suggestion, however this information is displayed at the top of your screen in the tenancy box for easy reference alongside rent, arrears, lease dates etc. This information is also in view when you are in the property or owner profile (as long as there is just one individual tenant).
