  1. A box in the maintenance job screen that displays maintenance notes.

    You can have maintenance specific notes appear on the maintenance request by adding notes on the Property > Details Tab. That first section has the maintenance limit and maintenance notes. Those notes will then appear when a maintenance request is created with a yellow warning symbol.

  2. When creating a Creditor Invoice allow a tag to appear where the property and ownership details are where we can mark that an owner wants to pay invoices/bills directly or a pop up notification when you enter property address in this section. With a large rent roll this is hard to remember and notes don't flag in this screen

  4. Our agency has been having issues with tenants with a part payment receiving arrears notices stating there behind in rent when they aren't. The computer should be able to identify the dates of when the rent is paid to and send notices according to the date they have paid to not the part payment.

    Rent Arrears notifications can be triggered on Period or Effective Arrears. To check or alter this setting go to configuration > Automatic Communications > Property Management > and click edit on the rent arrears section (next to the on/off option) this will allow you to switch the trigger on the notice to effective arrears. IMPORTANT - if you change this setting, you need to then edit each template you have set up so that you can change the arrears merge fields, as there are different merge fields depending on the setting you choose. If you need assistance with this, please reach out to the support team.
