Generate Trust Reports in Bulk
I hope you can allow users to generate/download trust & reports in bulk as it is so hard especially when downloading Creditor Payment Batch List one by one as there are so many, because it is required in our office to save the reports locally as PDFs.

Have a wildcard symbol we can use when searching for tenants or properties when receipting if we don't have full details
At times you have only part of a name reference number and you cant find where it belongs. Having a wildcard symbol we can use to help bring up all partial matches to enable us to find what we are looking for would be helpful.

Ownership Funds Report - Include Last Statement Date
Could we have the field/column "Last Statement Date" available when searching Ownership Funds. This would be extremely helpful after processing EOM Ownership Statements, as it would allow us to identify those that did not get paid (via Ownership Statement Group/Tag). We cannot easily identify when EOM Ownerships have not been paid for the month.

Ability to create historical statistic reports
For comparisons it would be handy to have the ability to find historical statistic reports
3 votesThere is the option to see historical statistic reports by accounting period (for each month). Once the Trust is select there is the option to switch between date range or accounting period.

regenerate new Key number
Request for new feature: When assigning a new Key number, can there be a feature to re-generate a new Key number?
Reason for suggestion: Sometimes old key numbers aren't ready to have a new key assigned, and if you close the pop-up box, and try again, it will generate the same number. If this happens, we have to manually search for an unused key number on the key board.
Benefits: Saves time and stress! Shows how amazing and intelligent the Property Tree Developers are at responding to requests and helping their users!

Dashboard – automatically display search results without having to click ‘Search’
When accessing a report page from within a Dashboard, it should automatically show the search result (report/grid) based on the filter selection made on the Dashboard.
However, to get the actual search result (report/grid) on the report page, a user has to click ‘Search’ first.

Export vacated tenancy report
We are required to run vacated tenancy reports monthly, quarterly and required. We also have multiple housing programs and have different reporting needs.
We currently have to keep our vacate files open until the following month before archiving to capture how many vacated in that month.
We lose the benefit of being able to archive immediately because we cannot run historical data once archived.
A feature that could be added to BI??

Allow to colour code boxes
Options to colour code white boxes.
The multiple white boxes throughout the Agency tab are hard to identify such as Arrears, maintenance etc.

Filter the Bond summary report by Tag
Have the ability to Filter the Bond summary report by Tag.
This is particularly useful after importing a Sale of Rent Roll to check the bond status of the imported tenancies only.

Where is shows tenancies vacating on the dashboard, there should be a section for “Terminations” to show tenants who are being terminated
Under “Vacancies” tab where is shows tenancies vacating, there should be a section for “Terminations” to show us a report of ALL tenants who are being terminated, as it is really hard to keep track of these!

Display more than 2000 Repairs
Repairs should not be capped at 2000. We should be able to visually see all repairs on the dashboard!
