  1. For comparisons it would be handy to have the ability to find historical statistic reports

    There is the option to see historical statistic reports by accounting period (for each month). Once the Trust is select there is the option to switch between date range or accounting period.

  2. Request for new feature: When assigning a new Key number, can there be a feature to re-generate a new Key number?

    Reason for suggestion: Sometimes old key numbers aren't ready to have a new key assigned, and if you close the pop-up box, and try again, it will generate the same number. If this happens, we have to manually search for an unused key number on the key board.

    Benefits: Saves time and stress! Shows how amazing and intelligent the Property Tree Developers are at responding to requests and helping their users!

  4. We are required to run vacated tenancy reports monthly, quarterly and required. We also have multiple housing programs and have different reporting needs.

    We currently have to keep our vacate files open until the following month before archiving to capture how many vacated in that month.

    We lose the benefit of being able to archive immediately because we cannot run historical data once archived.

    A feature that could be added to BI??

  6. Options to colour code white boxes.
    The multiple white boxes throughout the Agency tab are hard to identify such as Arrears, maintenance etc.
    I would suggest the option to colour code the boxes, for example arrears box red, maintenance blue etc. Coming from Property Me this system is a lot harder to navigate.

  9. Under “Vacancies” tab where is shows tenancies vacating, there should be a section for “Terminations” to show us a report of ALL tenants who are being terminated, as it is really hard to keep track of these!

  13. When will you be resolving the issue when trying to enter a date, all the past dates come up so you can't actually see the calendar. The only way to get rid of it is to hit the Esc key.

    Surely this can be rectified and would improve efficiency.

    This is to do with autofill on the web browser - to remove these past dates from appearing (or any list of auto fill text that appears on any web page), right click on each entry and click Shirt + Delete

  14. To be able to filter what type of Invoices you require. e.g.: commissions, advertising etc.

    So you can see who has been sent an invoice and has paid or not and also reporting income expected.

    The report would be very helpful in cash flow control.

  15. Since changing to bricks and agent the property tree weekly agency overview does not pull through "open" jobs where the external jobs sit.
    Would be good if this section pulled through and also arrears be customisable to effective and it is currently showing period which is not taking into account all of the tenants that have paid additional rent to change their effective date.

  16. Ability to have a report with everything and then filter out what isn't needed (like REST export). PropertyTree is very limited on what can be exported and needs more fields available

  17. This report currently has a lot of missing information or combined information in the same column which makes it difficult to use. Some suggestions to improve this report: Separate out the rent amount and frequency under Actual Rent so the rent amount can be calculated like every other numeric column. Add lease start/end dates. Add outgoings for commercial properties. Ability to add a multiplier when generating the report like the Rest Business Summary. Add Year Management Fee column (Annual Rent x Management Fee).

  18. A report option to generate to show all current tenant accounts due so that we can see it before it ends up as an overdue account. This needs to show unpaid and part paid invoices.

  20. So that when you print your lease end date report, you have a very easy to read column that shows how far out the lease is from expiring. Perfect for rent increase notices. Saves calculating the dates.
