There needs to be a report function where we can obtain a list of tenants contact details against particular properties
There needs to be a report function where we can obtain a list of tenants contact details (email and phone) against particular properties that you can export and send to Strata Managers (or at least just export) as it is time consuming to get all this information together when doing multiple properties.
1 voteBusiness Insights allows you to create custom reports that can be exported - for example, you could choose to have the property address, all contact names and contacts numbers/emails in one report and save to generate at any time. You can also choose to filter the report for certain groups of properties too. Check out the knowledgebase article here https://propertytree.elevio.help/en/articles/93158

Report to show what are the properties, NO rent increases done in last 12 Months
There is no report to find out what are the properties we have not done any rent increases during last 12 months or specific period. After reviewing the rent every 12 months we adding next rent review date by further 12 months and no property manager touching that property for further 12 months unless landlord enquired about it, So it is good to have a report if we can generate where no rent increases happened last 12 months and notify landlords accordingly .

Search a contact by mobile or landline
In the search bar, is it possible to be able to search a contact by their contact number such as a mobile number.
2 votesYou can use the global search for contact numbers. It can depend how the number has been entered into the search bar (when searching, use spaces between the numbers, ie 0402 123 456 rather than 0402123456). It will still filter when not using spaces, however won't highlight the result in yellow when it's not an exact match of how the number was saved
