Creditor remittance should sent to accounts email
Creditor statements are sent to the main contact against the creditor. This should only be for maintenance. The statement should be linked to the accounts contact, if one is entered. Primary should only be used if there is no accounts contact
72 votesWe're pleased to announce that this suggestion has now been released! Creditor Contacts that are marked as Accounts will receive a copy of the Remittance Statement via email. The Company Contact will still receive a copy of the Remittance Statement as normal.

Ability to report on termination dates when a move out or charge to date hasn't been entered
Currently, termination dates will only show on the Tenancies Vacating report if there is a move out or charge to date. We cannot report on tenancies that have been sent a termination date. At the time of sending the termination notice, there isn't a charge to or move out date set, we need to be able to report on these tenancies. Would be good to have termination information on the dashboard alongside the vacate information

Ability to set a property as off market / not for relet
Have the ability to set a property as off market / not for relet so it doesn't affect our vacancy reporting. The property is still under management, but cannot be let for an extended period for various reasons. Currently this affects our vacate rate and number of properties available for rent.

Have a report that saves when change of ownership completed
When a change of ownership is completed we would like a report saved that has all of the key information - funds transferred between owners, fees entered, what else transferred and who completed the change of ownership
7 votesUpon completion of a change of ownership, a change of ownership report is generated for the user to print. A copy of the report is also saved in the documents tab of the old and new property profiles.

Generate a report with Owner, Property and Tenant information
Ability to generate a report with owner, property, tenant and property manager on one report
1 voteThe May release included new Reporting and Data Extraction Capabilities delivered through Property Tree Business Insights. It will be available to all Property Tree Customers at no additional cost.
The capability allows a User with access (which is to be granted by a company Administrator) to do the following:
• Select fields needed
• Set required filters
• Save the mentioned above Custom Data configuration/Report for further use • Rename Custom Report or Save As a new Report
• Extract the Data
The new capabilities will apply to almost all data points related to Property, Ownership, and Tenancy profiles.(Including their Contact and Portal Status).

New look creditor batch payment needs creditors in alphabetical order
I noticed you changed the Creditor Batch Payment to reflect the property addresses, which is great! However the actual creditors are not in alphabetical order, which actually makes it slower to reconcile. If the creditors were in alphabetical order, this would be so much easier and more time efficient
