  1. Suncorp doesnt currently have a bulk BPayment facility with PT and since they have advised they will no longer be issuing Cheques as from Next year this is something that needs to be integrated ASAP as I don't want to be manually doing bulk BPayments

  4. There should be a way to pay someone from owner funds as a quick disbursement without having to create them as a creditor, create an invoice and then pay 1 invoice only to have to archive them as a creditor?

  5. Currently if we offer 2 months free management fees to clients, there are no way in Property Tree such that the management fees will be charged after 2 months time.

    For now, we have to remember to do this in 2 months time.

    Maybe Management Fee option can be enhanced such that the trigger can happen after a certain date.

  6. We receive bulk funds from places like NSW Land & Housing and then have to cancel the unknown funds receipt to then re-receipt it to multiple tenancies rather then being able to allocate to multiple tenancies.

  9. We have recently found that on settlement, property authorised creditor reference numbers are remembered. Sadly at present the only solution is to delete references on the new management to prevent incorrect payment to the wrong BPay/Invoice Reference Details. - My Suggestion would be to remove references automatically on settlement to prevent accidental payment to the previous owners CRN for their respective creditors and this would then prompt for new CRN's to be entered for the new management after settlement.

    It would also be good to see a tick option added to Invoice Genuis so that the reference can either be…

  10. Can the Create Receipt screen be improved so that the New Rent amount is reflected in the "Allocate Funds To" section (in addition to where it's currently showing at the top of the screen)?

    Suppose the Rent Increase has been added into the Rent Schedule already a few months back and the New Rent amount was $400/week effective from 16/03/2023. Now let's say for example the tenant's Paid to Date is 15/03/2023 with $0 Part Payment and their previous old rate of rent was $360/week.
    So when you go to the Create Receipt screen and enter the next rent payment…

  11. The payee information card links the payee to a contact and this is not always the case. If the payee could be linked to the bank account name instead. This does show correctly on the ownership statement but it does not show correctly from our internal end which causes concern and confusion. E.g. If we pay ABC Pty Ltd, the payee should say ABC Pty Ltd not the contact name of Joe Smith who is just a representative of the company.

  12. When creditor statements are sent out, the user who processed the payment is listed in the signature on the body of the email. Currently, there is no way to change the name, or remove it. It would be great to be able to edit this.

  13. When receipting and there are a number of different items showing on the allocate funds to section - it would be nice if these where broken down in to colour bars, eg green for rent and bonds, pink for invoices etc...
    As it stands now with the very light grey and white, it's open for error to allocating to the wrong item.

  15. due to the date being Auto Entered as the current date, i have mistakenly Reconciled my bank as per todays date, not as the bank statement. being able to change the date in addition to the amount would be a saving grace. Especially for auditing purposes.

  16. When entering a tenant invoice, send this invoice individually without the statement of other outstanding invoices at the end. This allows for that invoice to be resent as required and makes it clear for the tenant.

    Then have the statement of outstanding invoices separate, so a statement can be sent at any time.

  17. Would like to be able to edit a tenant invoice when it's entered via create creditor invoice or invoice genius. Can currently do this when it's just a tenant invoice entered, but through the other way it's linked and we have to cancel the invoice and re enter it.

  18. Current process (below) is quite manual. Hoping for a build that you can part pay on invoice payment screen, this would minimize a lot of workflow process time, in turn business time/hours. Even a way to part pay accounts such as being able to click pay invoice and whatever is available will go towards the invoice.

    1. Find the invoice in the property file.
    2. Edit the invoice with how much is available to pay.
    3. Pay the invoice.
    4. Then re enter the invoice for the remaining amount.

  19. When owners with multiple properties receive their Statements (as we deal with each property separately, a Statement for each one) it just says on the From: ABC Real estate and the subject is " Ownership Statement from ABC Realty. They want the subject to show the property address then when they are searching their emails they can find it easily.

  20. Please allow agencies to edit information on invoices after they have been processed such as the description and the account as this would be helpful if changes need to e made in the future for accounting processes.
