Remove the "Manage your inspections here." hard-coded message from routine inspection emails so Tenants can't make changes to the set inspection time unless they contact the office.

Adding NOTES to the inspection summary list.
It would be good when the inspection manager prints out the list of inspections to have any Notes on the list visible on the report. At the moment she has to go into each individual property and check notes one property at a time.

Inspection Summary Report changes
Hi User Voice Supporters - We're after some feedback relating to pending updates for the Inspection Summary. Please see below and add any feedback into the comments.
Filters would include
Inspection Type, Status, Date, Property Type, and Assigned to; the Suburb filter would become 'Property' allowing for wider filtering capabilities - search for suburb or address.Available columns in the Inspection Summary list (that you can choose to include or hide as you like)

Days since last inspection (New)
Property
Key
Tenancy
Primary Contact (New)
Primary mobile
Move out date
Lease end date
Assigned to
Property…8 votesWe're pleased to advise that new fields have been added to the Inspection Summary such as Lease Dates, Property Manager and Notes. To select these new columns to appear, use the Column button to the right of the list view.

Routine Inspections - see last inspection when bulk updating
When bulk updating routine inspections it would be good to have a filter field of the date of when the property was last inspected.
It would also be good to have a stoplight system when completing the report/sending to owner to show how frequently the property needs to be inspected due to various issues i.e. green - 9 months for good tenants, amber - 6 months for average tenants, red - 3 months for below average tenants or buildings that require a higher level of monitoring.

Inspection notes on Inspection Summary
It would be helpful to be able to have the general inspection notes appear on the inspection summary report - ie, owner is attending with any comments. This means we can print the report to take with us
21 votesWe're pleased to advise that you can chose to have your inspection notes appear on the Inspection Summary report - under the Columns option (right hand side of the list), select the Notes option, and this column will now appear as part of the Inspection Summary

Maintenance requests
Previously when looking at old maintenance requests in a property you could "click" on the magnifying glass and the list of jobs for that property would be displayed. Recently this has stopped working and all current jobs come up for all properties.
Can you please change this to how it was?
5 votesThis defect has been rectified and all maintenance jobs will display for the selected property as it did previously.

Inspection Summary Report - Filter by Property Type
Ability to filter the inspection summary report by property type to see Residential properties only, especially when checking for any properties that do no have inspection dates
