  1. Tenant original rent is displayed in the top right hand corner of the tenant ledger and does not change even when the tenant rent is differe

    Tenant original rent is displayed in the top right hand corner of the tenant ledger and does not change even when the tenant rent is different due to a rent increase. This is confusing to the tenant and not correct.

    The tenancy ledger should display the current rent on the top right corner (once the tenant has paid up to and past that new rent effective date). If this is not displaying correctly, please reach out to our support team to troubleshoot - if there is an issue they will be able to escalate this internally to our development team for assistance.

  2. Ability to digitally sign accounts reports for audits

    Audit reports need to by signed by (lic in charge) prior to email for Audits, digital signature would prevent the need to print all reports.

  3. Include Property Details in Owner Statements

    Have property details included in monthly Owner statements. This being how many bedrooms, bathrooms & carspaces.
