Dragging the attachments from the new outlook update as of Oct 24 ?
Before the Outlook update recently done as of Oct 24, it seems that attachments we would normally drag from Outlook into PT does not work anymore. Can you please advise if this is something you're working on?
3 votesWe've looked into this issue and Microsoft has replied: We regret to inform you that the drag-and-drop functionality for emails is currently not supported in the new Outlook for Windows due to design limitations.
This is an issue outside of Property Tree. We will continue to monitor the new outlook features as they are updated.

Bond & Deposits - be able to add PDF to Bond held
Be able to add a PDF of the bond Document from Rental Bonds Online to the Bond & Deposits section of a tenancy. Further, when adding to this, it should also add as a copy to the Documents section. This would be a much more thorough way to ensure we hold the right documents.

separate documents for owners and tenants
can documents be separated again for tenants and owners - each have their own file not tenants on owner file also

Tenant original rent is displayed in the top right hand corner of the tenant ledger and does not change even when the tenant rent is differe
Tenant original rent is displayed in the top right hand corner of the tenant ledger and does not change even when the tenant rent is different due to a rent increase. This is confusing to the tenant and not correct.
1 voteThe tenancy ledger should display the current rent on the top right corner (once the tenant has paid up to and past that new rent effective date). If this is not displaying correctly, please reach out to our support team to troubleshoot - if there is an issue they will be able to escalate this internally to our development team for assistance.

Tenant invoices into tenant documents from Invoice Genius
Can tenant invoices that are created through invoice genius be automatically included into Tenant & Property Documents? This will help with ensure that water usage invoices are issued to the Tenant at the same time as an Owner Invoice. Manually entered invoices appear, just need Invoice Genius ones as well. Thank you

Ability to save docs to external cloud with file path
have the option to automatically save a copy of invoices and documents to one drive or other cloud based server and have property linked to the file path

Add Column of Invoice Amount Under Ownership/Tenancy Document
It would be useful to add a column of invoice amount under the document tap for ownership as we usually look up past invoices and look for one that has a certain figure that we have in mind.

Ability to digitally sign accounts reports for audits
Audit reports need to by signed by (lic in charge) prior to email for Audits, digital signature would prevent the need to print all reports.

Have property details included in monthly Owner statements. This being how many bedrooms, bathrooms & carspaces.
