Alternative methods for searching emails other than the subject line
Require additional search options for emails, allowing users to search using criteria such as sender, date, keywords, or attachments instead of relying only on the subject line.

Remove emergency contact from being automatically included in mail merge from Profile
When selecting 'Mail merge multiple' or 'email all' from the owner's screen, emergency contacts, accountants and other are all automatically included in the correspondence and it's a manual step to remove which can very easily be forgotten or missed. Can it be an option to add these contacts in instead of being automatic as a lot of information sent to Owners is sensitive?

Forward Any Email Received
It would be great to be able to forward any email received in the communications tab not just the latest email as part of an email thread. This would enable you to forward previous correspondence that has attachments. Currently, any attachments previously received do not get forwarded as part of the email thread unless they are attached to the most recent email received.

Communications messages should be able to be dropped and dragged into relevant areas in the system
Is this something you will be improving? it seems to be a system flaw and not practical at all that messages to your communications area cannot be posted/dropped into other areas of the system. For example a request for maintenance . I should be able to drag the message into the job request area. Or tenant queries etc into Notes for the tenant

Keep communications being sent in a thread via Property Tree
For example if I send an owner an email about their routine from PT and the response is received to my outlook emails, can I link the owners reply back to my email in PT so that way i can keep the same thread going amongst other things like lease renewal responses from tenants and owners etc.

Tenancy ID merge field for Rent Increase Auto Communication
An enhancement to our auto communication templates for rent increases. It would be incredibly useful to include the Tenancy ID as a merge field in these templates.
This addition would streamline our process, especially in cases where tenants are paying their bond top-up directly to us. Having the Tenancy ID clearly referenced helps ensure payments are correctly allocated and reduces the risk of confusion or mismanagement.
We believe this small change could make a big difference in efficiency and accuracy.

BOND TOP UP MAIL MERGE
Add a condition to the merge mail to only send out the message to tenants that actually have an outstanding bond, instead of sending it out with a "$0.00" amount
Add another merge field for the bond top-up, so only the bond amount that is outstanding on today's date will be sent to the tenant, and it doesn't add the bond amount of the next rent increase as well. Need a merge field for "outstanding bond up until today" and one for "outstanding bond in total".

Reply to an email and use a template
To be able to click on reply and select a template to use for your reply.
This would save going into the template, copying and then pasting in your reply.
A lot of replies to emails are template replies and having this feature would save time and make emails more professional. Thanks.

To have the ability to permanently change the system font and size when sending any email via communications as well as having the option to close of any email with a prepopulated closing line to show professionalism like Kind Regards rather then having to manually type this for every email sent. Also with the threat of cyber fraud it would be most helpful to allow us the option to put in our own agency's disclaimers at the end of each email which is also prepopulated and legible.

Text messages sent from User
Currently if you send text messages from Property Tree to tenants or owners only the property manager receives the reply.
It would be great if it could be implemented for the User to get the reply (or at least have it as an option).

Please allow Multiple Templates in Auto Comms Inspection Report: Ownership as we deal with 3 types of inspections (exits, entries and routines). 1 template does not cover all and there is no option to add others. We have to close of exits and sent them manually as the 1 template doesn't cut it. Same with entry condition reports. Thank you

Individual tenant reminders
It would be great to have the ability to set up automatic payment reminders for individual tenants only. For example, I have one tenant (as most of us do) who never pays rent on time and frequently falls into arrears. Every Tuesday, I manually check her profile to see if she paid rent on Monday, and if not, I send her a reminder text that the rent was due yesterday.
It would be incredibly helpful to have an option to automate this process—specifically, to set up a reminder for a particular tenant only if their rent is more than one…

Flag communication emails and auto completing
Being able to flag emails in communications that you may need to come back to but don't want to forget.
Emails automatically completing themselves after a certain time frame e.g. 3 months.

Reply button for emails within communications tab in tenant/owner profile
To reply to emails within the communications tab without having to go into the communications page and searching for previous emails. Currently can only print emails from the tenant/owner profile and not reply to any emails.
