  1. Currently if you send text messages from Property Tree to tenants or owners only the property manager receives the reply.

    It would be great if it could be implemented for the User to get the reply (or at least have it as an option).

  2. Please allow Multiple Templates in Auto Comms Inspection Report: Ownership as we deal with 3 types of inspections (exits, entries and routines). 1 template does not cover all and there is no option to add others. We have to close of exits and sent them manually as the 1 template doesn't cut it. Same with entry condition reports. Thank you

  5. It would be great to have the ability to set up automatic payment reminders for individual tenants only. For example, I have one tenant (as most of us do) who never pays rent on time and frequently falls into arrears. Every Tuesday, I manually check her profile to see if she paid rent on Monday, and if not, I send her a reminder text that the rent was due yesterday.

    It would be incredibly helpful to have an option to automate this process—specifically, to set up a reminder for a particular tenant only if their rent is more than one…

  6. To reply to emails within the communications tab without having to go into the communications page and searching for previous emails. Currently can only print emails from the tenant/owner profile and not reply to any emails.

  10. Hi, I would like to suggest having an SMS function when creating a tenant invoice. Something to suggest to check emails for the new invoice created. So they don't get lost in inboxes.

  11. When creating a mail merge from the profile, it would help to have a field showing the tenancy 'Type' . We often have other contacts listed that are not tenants and they do not require to receive correspondence from us. When creating a mail merge at the moment we can not tell who is the tenant of the property. When creating a bulk mail merge there is a filter for the type, this would be beneficial to have when merging from a profile.

  12. I would like the ability to be able to change the time that the automatic Tenant invoicing gets sent out to my tenants. They are receiving notifications at 3 am and feel this is extremely inconsiderate.

  16. It would be great to add a new mail merge field for Tenancy_RentPeriodNew. There is an option for RentAmountNew but no option for when the payment period is changing also.

  17. Communications email to be alerted and show a track record through the communications tab on the portfolio, like other CRMs offer. This is great for when PM's are away or tracking important emails without having to search multiple outlets. Good for training as well.

  19. We are always trying to improve the % of Receipts that process automatically (within defined parameters). Currently we use the Tenant Download report for manual receipts to identify these Renters/Payments and send an email to advise of the problem with their receipts. This email advises them of their Rent amount, Rent period and Rent ReferenceID and includes instructions to assist with where to put the reference. It would be amazing if we could somehow automatically send (where appropriate), these emails (and/or SMS) to these Renters. This would be a real time saver and improve receipting efficiencies down the track by…
