commercial tenant pays outs (not budgeted) plus agents % fee on all monies (rent + outs) receipted each month
I don't use budgeted outgoings. Tenant pays invoices when received every quarter eg council rates, water etc. Our % management fee is chargeable to tenants calculated each month on all monies invoiced for rent Inc. outs therefore our fee varies every month. Currently after many attempts with trainers the only workaround is I have to manually work out every month for every tenant my % management fee due on monies to be invoiced that month then add it to each tenancy's invoice before it is sent out. Very time consuming please help?

Allow Property Tree to record monthly reported sales from tenants to understand occupancy costs, determine if percentage rent is payable and create meaningful tenancy schedules.

Recent transactions - display paid date not the entered date
Under the Tenancy preview, financial tab / Recent Transaction please change the date that appears on this screen to the date the invoice was paid not the date entered. We dont need to know when entered but if tracking payment history need to see what date they paid. Sometime not the same if a weekend between entering.

Remove Commercial Widgets from Dashboard
We are a residential property management company only so it would be good to be able to select to not show, or disable, the Commercial areas of PT on screens and dropdowns

Tenancy schedules should be per property not per tenant
Tenancy schedules need to be per property not per tenancy. Having to search by tenant and then delete the 120 tenants you don't need to get one tenancy schedule is not acceptable.

Have Commercial Invoices created through Invoice Genius attached to Tenancy Documents on PT
Commercial Tenant invoices created through invoice genius should be attached to Tenants Documents on PT as well as Tenancy Invoice showing on Ownership profile - this will give a clear overview as to who paid what without having to go through individual ledgers every time.
