Tick Boxes In All Scroll Items
Any item that you are required to scroll down needs a tick box alongside each item. For example:- Contact Categories, Property Features, Styles, Building Materials etcetera.
Instead of scrolling down and selecting, then having to scroll down again to select another feature. I think it would be best so that you are scrolling only once and ticking (selecting) each item that you require as you scroll.
Less time consuming!

Create Consultant Groups with granular ACLs based on office access.
As an Admin of my company.
I want to create consultant groups with granular Access Control Lists (ACLs), allowing me to specify which offices the ACLs apply to.
So that I can grant users access to certain functionalities while restricting their access to specific offices.
Example:
Consultant 1 is added to Consultant Group A. This group can access Trust Accounting but only within Offices X, Y, and Z.
Consultant 2 is added to Consultant Group B. This group can access Trust Accounting but only within Offices R, S, and T.

Staff Access Roles
As the officer in effective control (OIEC) in my company
I want to be able to restrict Admins and Franchise Admins from being able to update other Staff Access Roles

Send low SMS credit alerts less frequently
As an Office Manager, I would like low SMS credit alerts to be sent less frequently so I am not spammed
When the SMS credit amount goes below the threshold defined in Settings > General > SMS > select office > Notification Amount, an email is sent to the email address defined in Settings > General > SMS > select office > Notification Email.
Business Reason: This happens whenever any user sends another SMS and the SMS credit is still below the threshold.

This enhancement has been released in version 8.8.
Once a "low SMS credit" notification has been triggered, another will not be sent for 24 hours.

Fix display of campaign item notes on the Bills screen
The icon and colour for note count on the bills screen should be consistent with the Campaigns screen. please update this so it is more visible.

"Email 2" - Secondary Email Field Exporting
There should be the functionality to export Email 2 into CVS. As many agent bulk emails outside of Box and Dice, whether its just a Outlook email or something more customised!
Reasons to implement:
The majority of my clients have work emails and personal emails so when on leave they don't receive my emails.
Clients regularly have partners with an email address and don't require a whole new contact to be added to the database just a secondary email.
Hopefully you can see current limitations and understand the requirements to implement.

The 'Email2' field on a Contact has been renamed 'Secondary email'. We have added 'Secondary email' as a column on the Contact Search screen, and a new search filter allows you to identify Contacts that do (or do not) have a secondary email address recorded. This was another request added to User Voice by a manager who encourages her team to collect both personal and work emails of Contacts in their system.

Ability to send to 2nd email address
We have a number of clients who have 2 email addresses. It would be great to have the option when sending via 'Send PDF via Email' to include the recipient contact's 2nd email address, if one has been recorded.
The same would be great when sending an email via the Library; as well as the option to manually add additional CC contacts when sending.

Access control for trust and commission
Currently, a user can be given access to view/edit trust and commission for either one office (their own), or all offices in their office Group.
If we have a trust accountant that works across two or three offices, we have no way to prevent them having access to trust/commission data for any other offices within the Group, unless we give them a separate login for each office that they do need to access.
We would like to give that user access to only the offices they need, with one single login.

Export list of unopened blast email recipients
In order to effectively manage large scale communication, I would like to be able to easily export the segment of an email blast who did not open the email. The number of contacts can be seen in the summary, but not in the detail underneath.

Auto alert for Listing Type Edited
Could we please have the functionality to have an auto alert trigger when a listing type is changed/converted.
Eg. Private Sale to Auction or Off Market to EOI.
This will allow Admin staff to be across any changes that other office staff may be making.

Reporting on search criteria used for bulk communications
Sometimes an agent will use an incorrect contact filter when sending a bulk SMS, email, or Blast. It would be very helpful to be able to view what filter(s) were used at a later date to troubleshoot what the agent did wrong.
Similar to how this will show at the bottom of an export-to-Word from the search screen.

Click to Call function on Contacts search screen
Currently you have click to call available in the tasks area or on an open Contact page, can this be added to the Home Page on Contacts so you can just click to call as you go through the list?
Will save the agents time as they wont have to navigate away from this page.
