  1. When I print the Combined Relationship Attention (7x3) labels it prints out alphabetical first name.

    However when I print the Combined Relationship Fullname (7x3) labels it prints out alphabetical surname.

    Is there any way we can get the reports to print out in the same order. For example an agent likes to write a personal message in his cards and likes to have the fullname report next to him so he knows the name of the person. And when the reports print differently it takes 5 times longer to match up the fullname with Attention.

  2. Could we please have a revised Blast Report layout made available that shows the recipients in a single list with the stats relating to their interaction with the email ranked in order or most active to least active?

Currently people are able to send Blast Emails to people who they don't have any connection with (potentially the entire database if they have open search settings) - There needs to be an access restriction option allowing people to only send Blast Emails to contacts who they have a unique category against. This would avoid the situation where someone searches a category, to select recipients for a Blast, but doesn't have themselves selected in the consultants box and as a result, they send a blast to clients they have no association with.

  8. At present Property Other Features are shared across all offices in systems with office groups set up.

    For brands with offices in a variety of areas (e.g. city and rural), this is resulting in a large list of Property Other Features being created that can be a little cumbersome to work with as the list is long and many of the features are irrelevant for other offices.

    At present, a number of the other configurable Property features are unique for office groups (e.g. Buildings/Projects, Property Styles and Property Zones).

  10. It seems there are no existing auto-alerts for when the expected settlement date changes or added.

    In line with this, would it be possible to add an auto-alert that would inform us if this happens? Tracking the real-time changes in dates is hard as it prompts us to constantly check the dates on Box and Dice. Also, it would help avoid any discrepancies in both the sale admin and sale agent's end.

    Adding this feature could dramatically change the way we handle loyalties. We might have diarised the previous settlement date and used it in setting up loyalties without knowing…

  12. When emailing an attachment via B+D the attachment is added as a link to the bottom of the email.
    People are missing the 'attachments' all the time because they don't expect to see them there.

    Putting them at the bottom also risks them being overlooked, given that they are not actual attachments (only links) and there will be no paperclip on the message to signify an attachment.

    Place link at the start of the email, above the salutation, left aligned

  14. When making outgoing calls from the B+D App I can obviously see who I am calling, however if they call me back I don't know who they are unless I have added them to my phone's contacts.

    Can a contacts phone sync feature be added for devices other than iOS?
    Since there is no 'official' CardDAV app that you support.

We like to use the Sales Details PDF to send the information directly to the Solicitor/Conveyancer however at that stage we might not have an expected settlement date as often the settlement term is eg '42 days after exchange of contracts'. We do not know when exchange will take place so a box where we could type text to be included on this report would alleviate this issue.

    For example we are constantly asking for items such as:
    Section 66w Certificate
    Adjusted deposit - 5%
    28 day settlement period etc.

  16. As a database manager whose system has multiple offices, when adding a new staff member I would like the Office field to be blank by default. This means that I am forced to actively select their correct office and not accidentally add them to the first office in the list, which may cause subscription charges to be invoiced to the wrong office.

  17. For the Listing Added Auto Alert, we can include the Vendor Address and the Vendor Name(s) merge fields, however, there is not an option for Vendor Contact Numbers.

    Having this option will save us time as we can then easily populate an sms to the vendors.

  18. At the moment, if I do not want staff to use certain Sources for Appraisals, Buyer Leads, and Tenant Leads, I need to rename the source with perhaps ZZ at the start and inform my staff to not use those sources.

    It would be great if we could have a way to archive the Sources we no longer need so that they cannot be selected/used by our staff.
