  1. Can we please have the option to filter listings in the Box+Dice App by Listing Type. This would help an agent distinguish between live and off market listings.

  2. Can you please look into the ability to be able to change the order of images in a listing in the mobile app.

    At the moment, we physically have to be in front of a desktop to be able to change photo's around in box and dice. If we could move a new photo to the hero shot position when we are out on the road, or with a vendor, this would allow us to be extremely proactive and amend things straight away. We would not have to wait until we are back in front of a desktop hours later.

  3. As a sales agent I want to be able to show our recent sales to prospective vendors via the Agent App so that I can impress them with our track record in the area and leverage comparable sales to have a price discussion.

    This kind-of works at the moment, because you can filter to display past sales, BUT

    • Sales are not returned in sale date descending order, and there is no way to sort by this - only Inspection, Distance and Last Viewed. eg/ for Eltham the first result is a 2012 sale.

    • The sale date is not visible, so…

  4. We have had a few agents ask why there isn't an 'add address' section on the mobile app? Buyers have requested for an updated market appraisal while attending an OFI. Because the agent is already on the buyer list page for the OFI he/she can't add the address?

    A contact button on the buyer screen at an open would be handy also. So if buyers do request contracts at the OFI, our agents can immediately press this button and it'll filter through to the 'manage buyer' area on their computers.

  5. Ability to mark a buyer as an Owner Occupier or Investor by ticking boxes when adding their name and contact details rather than scrolling the client category list, a buyer will immediately fall into one of these two categories so would make an agent's life easier at an open.

At present, a user can upload photos to a property from the web browser version of B+D; which they would generally do when appraising a property so they have a visual record of the property to refer to later. Now that an agent can appraise a property from the app, it makes sense for them to be able to take a photo via the app and upload it directly to the property; rather than taking photos, downloading them to their computer and then uploading them to the web browser version.

  8. As an agent in a large agency, I would like the residential address to be displayed in buyer search results as well as the existing mobile/email fields.

    Because we may have many existing contacts with the same name, but perhaps not their current phone or email, having their address visible would be an extra safeguard to prevent creation of duplicates, and later issues concerning unique categories.

  9. When agents are at open homes helping out their colleagues taking names and numbers on their own mobiles to help out, currently the SMS message that is being sent to the client as they are checking in is coming from the agent that is taking their details, not from the listing agent.

    This is an issue because the other agent’s contact details are in the SMS, rather than the lead agent. It’s better the SMS is sent from the listing agent's number so that it’s easy for the buyers that are coming through to come back to them.

  11. As an agent who uses the Lead Capture tool, I respond to my web enquiry Tasks using the mobile App, as I can call or email directly from that Task.

    After I have completed my call, I would like to be able to add notes that will save into the Buyer Leads section without needing to navigate away and the come back to my next Task.

  12. When using the app, it would be helpful to be able to create an appointment directly from a buyer or contact screen as you can for a Task.

    We would like the ability to add other staff into buyer appointments from the app - we understand this is possible via desktop however not currently possible via the app.

  13. I just thought it would be a good idea to have the bio section of the contact record feed through to our APP under the notes section in our Contacts. The reason being if we see someone at the open we can remember anything we need to. It would look impressive eg remembering their kids names etc.

  15. When buyers are registering themselves at inspections through the QR code, they may be a couple or a group. So they are being added in as separate buyers in B&D, although we would only be adding one person in the group as a Buyer if doing so manually.
    Is it possible to build a relationship between buyers or create them as a buyer group, so that we aren't contacting more that 1 person in a group for feedback or interest. Either via the QR registration page or the B&D mobile app.

  16. The buyer source is shown in the web app, but not on the mobile app. This can be very useful for an agent to know if they meet the person at an OFI and they are already a buyer on the listing.
