  1. Commission Split Notes on Reports

    Could the text added into the Notes area of the Commission screen be included on the Save-to-PDF Commission report?

  2. Buyer Register PDF listed by last name

    We would like to be able to generate the Buyer Register PDFs with last names as the means of identification/sorting.

    A number of the team use last names to identify buyers when reporting to vendors instead of first names, and would like to be able to continue to do this in their transition to Box+Dice so having this option in addition to those available would be helpful.

  3. SMS Report Update

    Can we please request the following amendments to the current SMS Reports:

    To be able to download 1 full report for all users, rather than one-by-one by user
    To be able to export this report to Excel
    For the exported report to show which mobile number the SMS was sent from
    To be able to see the total number of SMSs sent (rather than seeing the sub-total at the bottom of each page)

    This would need to be similar to the Blast reports we provide that have

    Selected contacts
    Dropped
    Failed
    Bounced
    Deliveries
    Opened
    Not Opened
    Spammed
    Unsubscribed
