  1. We would like to be able to order the list of Buyer Leads by First Name And Last Name

    Presently we can sort by a number of fields but not the name:

    Use Cases from agent:

    When comparing buyer lists with my colleagues on current interest over the phone for example.

    If we order by (for eg) “interest level” (in out maybe) the list on my screen comes up differently to other users’ screens and when we walk through the list discussing buyers and their interest we can’t see the list laid out the same way.

  2. When filtering in the Contacts screen, are we able to please have a new condition for dates: "over a year ago from today" that would work dynamically, the same way as "last year from today".

    For example; I want to create a favourite search for "Last Phone Note/Task Completed was at least 1 year ago".
    If today is 2022-01-01 I can use the subfilter: Activity Date is less than 2021-01-01 but tomorrow I need to edit my filter and manually change the selected date.

  4. Prior to Align, buyer leads could be sorted by interest level, last inspection, date added, source, and Most Recently Added Note.

    This can no longer be done for source or Most Recently Added Note.
    It was of great help to be able to sort the buyer list by how recently they have been updated with notes.

  5. With QR codes getting a bit of traction, I was wondering if you had anything in the works to eventually utilize the technology?

    For example, scanning clients QR codes as they enter into an Open For Inspection, ensuring their contact details are up to date etc?

  6. After using many CRM systems in the past, the reports section is really important when we are overlooking at the data we hold. Where we need to understand where our enquiry is coming from is extremely important.

    I do think that there needs to be a number next to the source (X came from realestate.com.au, X came from domain.com.au) and a percentage tab.
    This looks more professional, and gives more of a story to the pie chart.

    I do think this should be included and look forward to receiving your feedback.

  7. Is it possible to add the Email field for buyers into the main list screen?

    The main two ways I communicate with my buyers are by phone and email.
    With both of these fields displayed on the main list I can see at a glance if I am missing either of these key pieces of information, without needing to click into each one by one.

  8. As a user we would like to be able to filter the buyer register more. Currently we are asking bidders to 'register to bid'. It would be great to be able to filter our buyer register list to those bidders who have registered.

    Even going as far as adding a different colour/thumbs up for buyers who have registered to bid, would remove the need we currently face of creating a separate list of buyers who fit this requirement.

  9. We would like to do this in contacts in order to have the ability to blast with Activity type - purchased / purchaser settled based on the actual settlement date.

    We have been advised by Support that the Purchaser/Purchased Activity date corresponds to the date the Sale Activity was entered into the database, and not any of the dates actually entered into the Sale Details area.

    A Purchaser/Purchased Activity has a date range, visible when you edit it from the contact timeline (ie between when the sale is entered through to when settlement is entered). The Contact Activity date filter…

  10. When I have a buyer for a block of units that are probably not for sale, I want to ring all the owners of blocks of units on my system, to see if I can convince them to sell.

    So I need a list of :
    All Owners of Blocks of Units (regardless of if currently for sale or previously sold or not)
    I also want the list to be about the Contact (not the property) - I would like to know Owner name, residential address and phone details.

    Contact filter would therefore be
    Activity Type > is any of…

  11. As a Database Administrator I want to be able to filter Contacts by

    • Looking for is any of Sales (existing)
    • E-Alert Status is any of Enabled (existing)
    • E-Alert Sender is any of [consultant] (requested feature)

    so that I can identify people who were receiving E-Alerts from a departed Consultant and manually reassign those so that the Contacts continue to receive E-Alerts from a person rather than from the default Company sender.

  12. Because there are different types of contact relationships, it would be very helpful to be able to distinguish between these via search filtering, and library communications.

    For example;

    • when sending a blast/email to multiple contacts, I would like to send this only to the 'main' contact of all the sets of partners in my search results.

    • when composing combined Christmas letters, I want to address these only to husband/wife or partner/partner relationships, and not friend/friend or father/daughter relationships.

  13. Business case:

    When you are managing/contacting buyers, within the buyer leads screen of a listing, you should not have to then filter for those buyers in the contacts screen, so you can send/generate a library template.

    Issue:

    There are no 'buyer contact details' merge fields available in the library of the listing/sales screen.
    If you need to generate a library template, you must leave the buyer leads screen and filter for those contacts in the contacts screen. This is not very functional.
