  1. Would it be possible to be able to view, sort and filter in the Buyer Register those buyers who have 'engaged' with a listing; meaning buyers who have clicked on the listing from a Blast email.

    This would allow agents to see which buyers have been introduced to the property from their database and also re-target those buyers and gauge their interest in the property based on the number of times the property is clicked on from the Blast email(s).

  3. It would be super amazing to have a "Register" button for tenants to register their attendance at an open via our GRAB website; with a view to allow functions such as pressing one button to notify tenants that an open has been changed or cancelled.

  4. It would be very beneficial if there were a way to include general contact notes on buyer reports, rather than only buyer notes related to the specific listing I am working from.
    This will give me a fuller, more comprehensive view of their real estate journey without needing to navigate back and forth between the buyer leads screen and the main contact screen.

  5. I would like to suggest improving a pipeline feature within box&dice.

    When you enter an appraisal it gives you the option to include ‘expected commission’, ‘expected close date’ & ‘close likelihood’ being: remote (25%) possible (50%) likely (75%) and definite (100%)

    I would like this data to be able to be used in line with the business plan function through the staff card.

    So in the business planning area where you can see on a monthly basis; budget, actual and variance – I think there should be a ‘potential’ column based on the pipeline information put in at the point…

  6. In order to enhance my database and prospecting management, I would like to be able to search based on related Owners, for example:
    - how many individual property addresses are owned by my My Contact list
    - how many of these properties do I have no email address recorded for at least one Owner

  7. Are we able to just enter a buyer's residential Suburb rather than having to enter their full address (which 99% of them do not like to give out). It's an important tool for agents to know where buyers are coming from.

  8. We would like the ability to manage access to the "Import" function under More on the Contact screen.

    Ideally this could be controlled via user permission levels, as to who has access to bulk import.

    We would like this because we have found some agents have imported 'messy' contact data into our database and we would like only specific user levels to manage ANY bulk importing of data.

  9. I think it would be better if when an owner has been set as a 'past owner' or you use 'sold by other' it removes their residential and postal address too, so it doesn't have to be done manually.

  11. Would be good if you can automate sms within the loyalty campaigns - ie for properties that have sold - have an automated text sent the purchasers two weeks after settlement advising hope you're happy settling into your new home.

  12. We have found that you are unable to save a contact in the system if you are entering an enquiry for example, without having anything entered in the surname field.

    Often when people enquire, it is rare that they input their surname and therefore typing "Unknown" or putting a small comma or dot in the surname field at present is the only solution.

    It would be appreciated if Box and Dice could consider changing the program so that a surname is not an essential field required in order to be able to add a new contact.

  14. A few agents have asked if clients' social media profiles (e.g. Facebook, LinkedIn etc) can be linked to their contact record in Box+Dice.

    Sales consultants have expressed that this would be beneficial to them by being able to see the contact's photo in their Box+Dice record to jog their memory.

  15. Is it possible to have the salutation synch to the mobile for contacts? We put the 'legal' name in as the required first name but may know the contact by another name - this is especially confusing with Chinese contacts - we put their actual name in the first and last name fields but use their 'english' name in salutation.

  18. When pulling a contact detailed report, it will include only the Notes attached to that person's contact card, plus the name (only) of their related contact(s).
    Is it possible to have the notes from both the contacts pulled in the report - this way any contact that has been made will be visible? This will help if doing calling - all contact that has been made with both of the contacts will be visible - rather than having to check both sides in the system.

  20. It would be really handy to show the postcode for contacts in various screens. such as when you have a contact open & also in your tasks letter list. The reason is for when we're writing hand written cards we can't see the PC & causes us to open the contact then open the edit in order to see the PC.
