Hide Buyer contact details from Lead Capture by default
At present, when a lead is captured from a portal, buyer details are automatically added to the note generated against that buyer. That note is visible by default, which means the information then flows through to vendor reports.
To prevent this, agents currently have to hide each Lead Capture buyer note individually.
A simple solution would be to either remove the contact details from the lead capture note altogether, or have the note generated as hidden by default.

In addition to this, a previous CRM we used had the ability to toggle show or hide feedback in the report preview. This would also be very helpful.
