Contact Timeline activity Compact View
Currently, all activities are shown on a contact timeline, which can be very long if a contact has a large amount of activity.
As an admin user,
I would like, the option to change the display of the contact timeline, similar to how Outlook and other software allow for the view to be either
1. Standard - View remains as it currently is, showing all activity
2. Compact - 2 lines with an option to drop down the rest of the information
This will prevent the timeline from being too long and difficult to search.

Hi Supporters,
TImeline events containing a large amount of text will now be minimised by default, with the option to 'Show More' when you want to read the full message.
