Bulk Print Pipeline Clients, One Contact per A4 Page, Full Note/Timeline History
A top operator who uses another CRM is able to have his pipeline printed in the following format:
Page 1:
Clients Name
Contact information
Properties owned
Full note and timeline history
Page 2
Clients Name
Contact information
Properties owned
Full note and timeline history
Having one A4 page printed per contact is powerful.
It allows us to write notes onto each page after a phone call, and then we can add the notes into the CRM at a later date.
It also allows us to go somewhere quiet and review each contact properly.
We should be able to print ALL contacts in this format, even buyers.
Currently, Box+Dice has a feature where if you are in the individual contact, you can go to the top right hand corner, click Library, and this exact format comes up.
However, you cannot select 100 contacts and use that same format. You can only do it individually, which is too time consuming.

Thanks Samuel,
Please feel free to share this (along with any other suggestion you feel has merit) with any other Box and Dice users you know, and we’ll see how high we can get them pushed up the priority list. , doing so will mean you and other users can vote on it, and also add comments to help define a business case for potential future development. While you're at it, it's worth having a look through other suggestions raised to vote and comment on any you feel might be useful. In the future, User Voice will guide our product roadmap so the more activity a suggestion receives, the more likely it is to get picked up and built.

Thanks for your response.
The Contact Snapshort Report does not cover what we require.
Contact Snapshot Report Limitations:
1.
Contact Snapshot does not display ENTIRE note / timeline history. It only displays the most recent note.
This means we cannot get a full background of the clients history on the printed sheet.
We then have to manually open the contact within the CRM, which is time consuming.
2.
Contact Snapshot does not display all of the properties the contact owns.
It only displays the contacts residential address.
If the contact is a landlord and owns 3 properties, it will only display the residential address.
When we are making phone calls, we may forget to give relevant information on certain properties, as the information is not on the report.
3.
The contact snapshot report has multiple contacts per page.
Ideally, it would be fantastic to have an option where we have one page per contact.
There are a lot of practical reasons for this.
For example, if I print off 50 contacts.
Perhaps I decide that 10 contacts will be better to call in the afternoon, rather than immediately.
So I can put aside those 10, A4 pieces of paper, and look at them in the afternoon.
Also, if someone does not answer the phone, I do not have too give that specific piece of paper back to our admin team. I can keep it on my desk until I make contact.
At this stage, the better option is to select the contacts > Library > Contact Detailed.
The Contact Detailed report is far more detailed than Contact Snapshot. Not sure why they plan to remove the library function when it's so useful to agents who prefer printed sheets.
