adding a name field to bulk communication
A feature that allows you to insert a text field (ie. <contact first name>) in communications. This text field would the relevant text field into the communication.
As far as I am aware, at the moment there is no ability to include things such as a contact's name in bulk communications. Having an option to insert a text field such as this would allow for messages to be more personalised.

Hi Cam, have you tried creating a Library template for this? It allows you to use merge fields in Letter, Email & SMS communications.
