As a heavy user of auto-alerts where different staff deal with different steps in a sale, I would like additional fields to be available
We would like to improve an auto alert we have and in order to do so we need more information:
Specifically the trigger is category added. Essentially we only have the Contact Name as a means to know who this is related to so can we get some more fields available:
Phone numbers
Email address
Maybe client ID so we can build a link (is that possible) or even just a link to the contact would be excellent!
Contact (and thus their phone, email, etc) is linked if the alert is set to create a Task, however there are many situations where the client needs to send an email instead. Only contact name is available in an email.
This Feature already exists
When you get the Auto Alert there is a link to the Contact that was updated.
