Want to be able to change the "Actual Release Deposit Date" in the Sales Details tab after a property has settled without having to reinstate the sale.

In most cases the monies are drawn from trust at settlement, however there are times where we are owed money at settlement but we need to settle the property on the day it settles so it comes off our settlement report. At the moment we are having to either wait for the monies to come in, draw the funds then settle it OR settle it on the day but then reinstate it to draw funds so correct date is entered to then resettle the property just to make the changes.

However, by doing the latter option especially around payroll time means properties we haven't actually received commission monies for, agents are being paid in advance if the date hasn't been removed or sale reinstated to take the date out once it's been settled.

We should be able to settle a property on the day it settles so it comes off the reports regardless of funds/commissions being released.
