Library functionality for Rentals

Would very much like Library merge letter/email & reporting functions for Rentals eg; print off rental appraisals same as can be done for Residential & Commercial properties.

    It would be great if the library template merge fields could recognise rental transaction activities, similarly to the functionality as the sales fields.
