Add free text field to Sale Details / Sales Advice
We like to use the Sales Details PDF to send the information directly to the Solicitor/Conveyancer however at that stage we might not have an expected settlement date as often the settlement term is eg '42 days after exchange of contracts'. We do not know when exchange will take place so a box where we could type text to be included on this report would alleviate this issue.
For example we are constantly asking for items such as:
Section 66w Certificate
Adjusted deposit - 5%
28 day settlement period etc.
Currently, you are able to add additional critical items with dates but can not make comments. Could we please propose functionality be added so that we are able to keep our correspondence all within the 1 document.
