Using Agent App to show recent sales to prospective vendors
As a sales agent I want to be able to show our recent sales to prospective vendors via the Agent App so that I can impress them with our track record in the area and leverage comparable sales to have a price discussion.
This kind-of works at the moment, because you can filter to display past sales, BUT
Sales are not returned in sale date descending order, and there is no way to sort by this - only Inspection, Distance and Last Viewed. eg/ for Eltham the first result is a 2012 sale.
The sale date is not visible, so it's impossible to see whether the sales are actually that relevant time-wise.
