  1. Stop notification of Tenancy Invoices being generated & emailed

    Don't need to see after processing Tenancy Invoices the notification that the 'invoice is being processed and then the invoices are currently being generated
    & emailed' Just another field to be clicked on.

  2. EOFY Statement Email Set-up

    When processing the EOFY statement, please set it up it comes from the property manager, the same way which the owner statement are generated.

    Seperating Email Remittance Email templates

    Currently having to edit each mid month for remittnaces that sent to suppliers and then remittance sent out to owners (different messaging).

    Not everyone sends out mid month statements. Some of us do weekly payments to owner and the remittance shows the amount paid out without sending out a statement.

    Currently editing before sending out suppliers remittance is not efficient use of time at all. (if remembered to do it)

  4. Generate rent receipt

    Can we set up palace to automatically generate and send rent receipts to tenants once the bank import is complete.

  5. Option to delete an old bank account definition in the Bank Import/Bank Definition set up

    If the Company changes banks and the Trust bank account changes, it would be good to be able to delete the old account definitions
