  2. Alerts - these should pop up on the tenants screen/owners or property screen when you open it up.

    Alerts should pop up when you open the related screen, so it is an obvious alert.

    It is hard to remember to hover over the exclamation marks to the side, especially for important reminders/alerts

  3. Receive notification of SMS

    Rather than having to check your SMS inbox several times a day, it would be good to get a notification when one is received

  4. Have a default font setting for emails

    We would like our company to have consistency through our emails instead of getting a randomised font each time we open a new email.
