    The new automation is great however the correspondence is not saved in the tenant diary.

  2. Move a email from Property Diary to Owner/Tenant Diary

    I would like to submit a idea to have a option of moving a email from a property diary to either owner diary or tenant diary. Sometimes we send emailsf from the incorrect diary and it would be useful to be able to "move" from one diary to another.

    You can actually already do this.

    Whether it's a sent email or a received email, all you need to do is update the 'linked contact' in the attached field.

    Simply search for the correct profile > Save & Close and that diary entry will move from one place to the other (also works if the email was. sent/received to a completely different profile and requires movement)

  7. Ability to send owner statements from the main admin email (not the PM's)

    We prefer our statements to be sent to owners from our team running all the accounts side of things, so our OA's.
