Currently when owners log into our web portal they see documents listed under heading i.e. minutes, financials etc. We don't have an option to put a description on it that actually shows on the owners web login so they need to search through multiple documents to find the actual one they want or need. Would be great to be able to have our office descriptions loaded into our side of Filesmart that also show on the portal for owners
