  1. Need more automation in STRATA master. We need automated work order and quote request reminders to contractors. It would also be useful to have a button that allowed you to send the work order & quote request to committees as well so they know it has been actioned.

  2. A aknowledgement that is generated when a committee member (approver) submits they Yes / No decisions for invoice approvals on the approvals screen. At the moment committee members are advising they have selected yes to pay each invoice and pressed submit but there is no acknowledgement that their vote has been recevied. a simple "your submission has been recevied" pop up box when pressing submit would be useful.

  3. Stratamaster incorrectly calculates the amount due for every status certificate. It calculates this based on the previous levy posted rather than the approved function meaning the software does calculate the amount due as required under the legislation correctly. This creates additional work for staff every single time meaning on average staff are losing at least two days per year rectifying this issue. The amount of time saved by business by correcting this issue as a direct result would be substantial but as a legislative requirement should always calculate the correct figure.

  4. Could you please look at making the Interest Free Period on the owners portal as an option for Strata Managers? We allow them 45 days, although all of our correspondence states 30 days. We allow some grace.

  14. ANZ Bpay Merchant Referral - Payment Option Capture

    Would like to add the option of credit card payments for levies etc for our clients to our current BPay system. ANZ have a transaction fee for credit card payments so we need to be able to identify which lot owner has made a credit card payment so the fee can be on-charged.

  17. There is a limitation of 50 x characters under proxy/nominee in the meeting register where joint equity exists. To extend to allow for a higher ie; 100+ x characters length that will filter through to the Meeting Minutes.

  18. Automatically open Outlook when issuing emails from Strata Master, eg Levy notices, etc. Currently Outlook needs to be opened manually before the emails are sent.

  19. When "Correspondence" is ticked in the additional contacts field, owners will receive interim reports and also AGM prep reports. In the Mail Merge functionality, where correspondence is email, the only option is for owner or agent as nominated on the lots screen. Would like to be able to select the additional contact too.

  20. Final Fee Notice description field only allows for 33 characters, however when striking levies, does not stop the user from adding in more. Either allow for more characters to be displayed on Final Fee Notice or limit the number of characters the user is allowed to type when striking levies
