    I agree, this will make the recharging to individual lots far easier without the need to raise a miscellaneous invoice to each owner. It recovery should be included as a sperate line item in the levy notice

    Enable prior accounting periods to be locked so that once financial statements are prepared for an AGM they cannot be inadvertently changed. This will assist in eliminating errors when rolling over the financial year so that retained earnings have not changed post AGM
